Warranty coverage applies to qualifying workmanship and manufacturer defects only. If our technician determines the issue is not covered under warranty, a diagnostic/service fee may apply.

Examples of non-warranty items include: • Water chemistry imbalance • Dirty filters or lack of maintenance • Low water level • Tripped breakers or electrical supply issues • Wi-Fi/internet connectivity issues • Freeze/weather damage • Damage caused by third parties or misuse
